Full review of past mental health history and current mental health, including development, family history, medical history, contributing factors, and more.

Longer Follow up – 45 minutes

Psychotherapy +/- Medication management, management of health factors related to mental health

Shorter Follow up – 18-30 minutes

Medication management, management of health factors related to mental health, +/- focused psychotherapy

Miscellaneous fees for other services discussed will be charged per an hourly rate, based on time needed to complete.

​I accept Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield New York, via Headway.

I do not currently participate with other insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of appointments. This allows more in-depth, flexible, and personalized treatment. This allows me to provide more thorough and personalized treatment to you. I will provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company if needed, to utilize for out-of-network reimbursement.

ACH payments, Zelle, Venmo, HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
